Big happenings at the track for Memorial Day Weekend!

Memorial Day Weekend, Highland Rim Speedway will honoring those who have served. Some of our racers have gotten together to do great things benefiting the Wounded Warriors Project. They will be placing Wounded Warrior Project decals on their racecars and some are even donating their winnings.  250+ laps of racing action including a special 30 lap Rim Runner race sponsored by L & L Polishing, the season debut of the Open Wheel Modifieds. Lynch Tree Service stepped in to offer a cash Bonus for the Fastest Qualifier for the Open Wheels, 40 lap Baby Grand race as well as regular feature racing for the Late Models, Super Stocks, Pro 4 Modifieds, Tuners and Pure Stocks.

As part of Saturday's Racing Event, Brandon Thrasher (#28 Baby Grand) & Blake Isenberg (#77 Pro Late Model) are raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project. These young men have formed an organization called RACE (Random Acts of Care & Encouragement), and WWP is their first big fundraising project. They will be setup to collect donations and hand out WWP items at the race. But, if you would like to donate online, you can go to this link. This link was created directly through WWP, and all funds raised will go directly to WWP. You can also post your donation in honor or in memory of a veteran if you would like. Thanks in advance for supporting this very worthy cause! We look forward to an awesome night of "Racing for Heroes" on the 25th!

Pit Age Restriction Removed

Attention Parents! The minimum age to enter the pits has been REMOVED! Anyone entering the pits under the age of 18 will need to have a Minor's Release Form signed by BOTH parents and notarized prior to entering the pit area. Pit admission... is $30 per person - there is no varied admission rate for the pit area. Minor Release forms may be downloaded for printing from our website. We do have a notary on site that can notarize the forms when you get to the track but she MUST WITNESS THE SIGNATURES before she will notarize the forms. You are responsible for your minors. Any minors unattended and/or roaming in the pits will result in the immediate removal of both the minor and the parents from the pit area and the parent will be banned from the pit area for the remainder of the season. This is to prevent any unnecessary injury or incidents to kids in the pit area.

2013 Payout Schedule

The pay schedule for regular feature races has been posted.  Click the Payout Schedule link to the right.  Posted pay is based on regular feature races and can be adjusted based on car and lap counts.

All payouts will be made via check.  Checks will be issued and mailed to the person listed on the W9 portion of the registration form.  Please be sure that your registration form is complete and accurate so that there is no delay in getting your pay.  Checks will be cut and mailed on Mondays so they should be in your hands by Wednesdays.

Number Registration

Don't forget to register your number for the 2013 Season. Download the form here.  Complete it and return to the track with your registration fee.  Registration is $30 - but if you registered a number in 2012, your fee is just $25! You may mail the form and fees to 6801 Kelly Willis Road, Greenbrier, TN 37073.
