The 2012 - 50th Anniversary Season of
Racing at Highland Rim Speedway is on GO!
MILLERSVILLE, TN - Highland Rim Speedway has been sold and renovations for the 2012 Racing Season will begin next week. The historic track, thought by many to be gone for good after a foreclosure in February 2012, was purchased on May 3 by Fast Trak Properties, LLC. Fast Trak Properties is comprised of three Christian businessmen with over 75 combined years in racing at the historic high-banked facility.
A spokesperson for the group tells us that “major changes will be coming concerning the daily operations of the facility. Our intentions are to operate Highland Rim Speedway with family values in mind; and we want to be not only a good entertainment venue, but a good neighbor and supporter of our surrounding community and the families in the area.”
A meeting to inform everyone regarding some of the exciting changes in store for Highland Rim Speedway has been scheduled for Thursday, May 10th at 6:30 pm at the New Millersville Community Center located at 1181 Louisville Hwy. (31W) in Millersville, Tennessee. You do not have to be a driver to attend; and everyone is invited and welcome.
